Services include:
· Health promotion advice e.g. diet and lifestyle
· Consultations to all mothers and new babies
· Antenatal visits
· Parenting advice
· Health and social assessments for the elderly
Advice can be requested on a wide range of topics affecting physical, mental and social well being. Consultations can be arranged either at home or in the surgery.
